Sushi layer cake

I thought this was a really unique, colourful way to present sushi, using a larger cup as a mold: Wasabi-pea flavoured sushi layer ‘cake’ with salmon, avocado & cucumber

Sean and I like to make sushi, but often we find we've made the rice overly sticky and hard to work with, or we've overstuffed and our rolls look like seaweed burritos! My favourite part of sushi is the fish and avocado or cucumber; this looks like a quick way to pile in the ingredients!
